The hotel staff were awesome, super friendly and made us feel at home. the rooms were spotless, and the variety of food at the buffet was fantastic. the hotel's location was ideal, everything was within easy reach, including the beautiful Dal Lake. We enjoyed the garden area for chilling and the relaxing ambiance. the only hiccup was the occasional noise from ongoing maintenance, but it didn't bother us much. Can't wait to go back! ✨

From the warm and inviting ambience to the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, every detail was taken care of. the centralized heating provided added comfort, and the diverse menu at the restaurant showcased culinary excellence. the staff members, especially Mr Wasif, Meer Insha, Mudasir Khan, and Irfan, were incredibly polite. Their genuine hospitality made our trip joyous and unforgettable.
